TRT Okul channel started broadcasting on January 31, 2011 as a sub-channel of TRT. Trt Okul channel is an educational channel that produces content about school. The contents prepared by making an agreement with Anadolu University are offered to the service of students.

These contents are not only offered to students studying in open education, but also to students studying in formal education. In addition, there are programs, education - culture programs prepared by Anadolu University on the Trt Okul channel outside the classroom to guide students. Stream focuses on training programs.

Apart from this, information about mother and child health prepared by trt is published in informative content on subjects such as citizenship rights, patient rights, human rights court, real estate, tax office, social security. For young people, music, cultural events, quizzes and entertaining programs that may attract the attention of young people are also broadcast on Trt Okul channel.
